Overview
The Gateway software provides a suite of services that provide order management of a claim. This includes from capture (when a claim is first communicated) through allocation, assessment, and estimation. Once the job is in progress Gateway provides a digital communication channel to track and monitor the progression for the work until the job is complete and Customer satisfaction has been confirmed.
The Gateway software platform is design using a (micro) service-oriented architecture with each service providing a collection of application programming Interfaces (APIs) that allow third parties to communicate with the platform to send orders, work estimates, documents, and assessments into the platform.
In a similar way, the Gateway platform provides a collection of APIs that allow third parties to enquire as to the current state of an Order, as well as access to the supplier’s network to place a reservation or just to make a general query on availability.
A Supplier in a Gateway network has the ability send progress updates real-time. As well as speed up their payment process by sending invoice and cost breakdown information directly into the platform.
